Flower fold card; New cartridge coming soon!!!

Hello!!!! I've been working away on some projects since I'm on vacation! Here'a little card that I made that looks complicated but is so very easy! I love making 3D objects and items! I love to make interactive items that are quick and easy but beautiful just the same. Here is a little card that I made. Now from first glance, it's just a little 4 x 4 card. But once you untie it...

It opens up to reveal this beautiful card!!! This flower card was so easy to make! If you want me to create a tutorial for this in an upcoming issue of our E-Magazine A Homespun Affair, leave me a comment below and I will make sure that a tutorial will be available! All the paper used came from the Lucy paper pack from Close to My Heart. The stamp is a Tilda stamp from Magnolia stamps. I used my Copic Markers to color Tilda!

Theme Day Thursday - Cruise

Hi everyone! Today is Theme Day Thursday! Today the design team had to create something with a cruise theme!

I created this Bon Voyage card using Life is a Beach and Plantin Schoolbook. The sentiment Bon Voyage was welded together from Plantin Schoolbook using my Gypsy and cut at two inches high. The waves and the cruise ship both come from Life is a Beach. The waves were cut at 1 1/2 inches. I cut the waves twice to add some dimension. The cruise ship and it's layers were cut at two inches. I colored the waves, the smoke from the smokestack and the ship using my copic markers. I used white opal liquid pearls as a dimensional element along the ship. I used foam dots to affix the ship and the waves to the card.  I had fun creating this card!

Please visit Erica's Craft Room to see what the other design team members have created today!

I hope I have inspired you to become crafty!

Theme Day Thursday - Tags, Bags, Boxes & More 1

Hello everyone! Today is Theme Day Thursday and that means that we select a project to make based on a certain theme. Today the theme is Tags, Bags, Boxes and More 1.

This is the first project that I have created with this cart!  I absolutely LOVE all of the 3-D boxes, bags, purses, etc. available on this cart. There are soooooo many options. I am aware that this cart has long since retired, but I believe that TBBM1 may be available as a digital download to use with Cricut Craft Room. If you are unable to find this cart, Provo Craft did release TBBM 2 a couple weeks ago. I LOVE this cart as well and I am planning to make a few projects with it in the next few days!

Now on to the project!!!!

I cut out this cute popcorn box  from TBBM1 using my Gypsy. The paper comes from the Mayberry pack from Close to My Heart. The width is 11.69 and the height is 6.61. The word popcorn was welded together on the gypsy from the Plantin Schoolbook cart. The word popcorn measures 2.15 x 2.50. I cut out a couple popcorn shapes in white paper and inked it with Bamboo ink from Close to My Heart. The ticket stub comes from the Art Philosophy cart. (If you want to purchase this cart, you can get it HERE or if you would like to be able to get it for FREE you can go to this LINK).

Thanks for visiting! If you would like to see other projects similar to mine, visit Erica's Craft Room
I hope I have inspired you to become crafty!!!

I have made this card using Everyday Paper Dolls. The chair and umbrella both came from Everyday Paper Dolls and are cut at 3 in. The phrase lifes a beach comes from Simply Charmed,

These next two cards are easels cards. This first is made using the Winter Frolic cartridge. The paper is Recollections Christmas Pack. The cup of cocoa and layers are all cut out at 3 1/4 inches. The bling and Warm Wishes stamp come from Close to My Heart. (Please check out my post about the current Close to My Heart special that I am running!)

This second easel card is made using Ribbons & Rosettes. The rosette is cut out five times at one inch.

Simple Birthday Card - Close to My Heart Roxie paper set

Hi all,

I have been busy taking care of custom orders for cards for some customers. In the mean time, I have been working on some projects as well!

This first one is a birthday card using the roxie paper set. The butterflies are cut using the Art Philosophy cartridge. The Happy Birthday stamp comes from one of the THREE stamp sets included with the cricut cartridge. I inked the edges using the CTMH ink in tulip.

This photo is a frame I made using the new Holiday Wishes Stamp Set. All of the shapes were cut using the Art Philosophy cartridge. I used some glitter to add a little bling and inked the white edges with the CTMH ink in tulip.

The Art Philosophy cartridge is VERY versatile. It has over 700 images to choose from! I absolutely LOVE this cartridge! If you wold like to own one to create your own one of a kind creations, check out my website Tiffany's Close to My Heart. Holiday Card - Close to My Heart - Art Philosophy

I am totally loving my new Art Philosophy cartridge!!!! I haven't put it away since I first received it! Here is a simple holiday card I made using the cartridge and matching stamp set.

The card was cut out at 6". The tree was cut out at 3 1/4 to coordinate with the matching stamp that comes with this collection. The ribbon is from my stash. This card took me less than twenty minutes to make! If you want to make this very easy holiday card, you can visit my site at Tiffany's CTMH to order this fabulous cartridge and stamp bundle!
